The Comfort Robes

Made from the softest 100% cotton terrycloth, our Comfort Robes were designed for easy care. To keep your robe looking its best:

• Machine wash cold with like colours.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
• Do not bleach.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of this item, we have a limited refund and return policy.

Returns and Refunds:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only if the robe is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• If the robe has a quality defect upon arrival, we will happily provide a full refund or a replacement.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for fit issues, as "The Comfort Robe" is available in only two standard sizes based on height (above or below 170cm).

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your robe for a different size, we can accommodate this within 14 days of delivery, provided the robe is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.
• Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the original robe. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size.

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong.

• All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a quality defect.
